Reporting to: Senior Vice President – HR
Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will support HR projects and other key initiatives in Research & Development BU along with supporting HR Business Partners with CoE support in the areas of Budgeting, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, HR Analytics, and Rewards. The role holder will be responsible for:
The incumbent will support HR projects and other key initiatives in Research & Development BU along with supporting HR Business Partners with CoE support in the areas of Budgeting, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, HR Analytics, and Rewards. The role holder will be responsible for:
- Workforce Planning: Anchor annual Workforce Budgeting & Planning process
- Performance Management: Support the Performance Management Process for R&D and ensure closure as per stipulated timelines with support from HRBPs.
- Rewards: Drive Annual Compensation Review for R&D in partnership with HR Business Partners.
- People Analytics: Be the custodian of People Data and generate actionable insights using Data Analytics.
- Special Projects: Drive special projects undertaken to address specific HR issues/ challenges/ improvements in Global R&D.
Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience: 3+ years of post-qualification experience, in an organization with progressive people practices and an industry with a competitive talent landscape.
Experience working in Compensation & Benefits/ HR Analytics/ Consulting will be preferred
Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical):
- Conversant with data analytics tools/ processes. Ability to sift large amounts of data, quickly and accurately to identify the salient points and provide relevant insights
- Outstanding program management and communication skills
