CLEANING CHECKLIST BLISTER PACKING MACHINE

TYPE –A

Check that all the remnants of previous product i.e. PVC / Alu. Foil and Rubber stereo etc .are removed from Machine and its area.
Check that all contact parts are cleaned with sufficient quantity of potable water up to 10 minutes. Finally rinsed with sufficient quantity of purified water up to 1 minute and wiped with non-shredded cloth.
Check that non-contact parts of the machine cleaned with compressed air and wipe with clean, dry non-shredding cloth.
Ensure that the ‘CLEANED’ status label duly filled and signed affixed on the Blister Packing Machine.

TYPE –B

Check that all the remnants of previous product i.e. PVC / Alu. Foil and Rubber stereo etc .are removed from Machine and its area.
Check that all contact and non-contact part cleaned with compressed air and non-shredding cloth.
Ensure that the ‘CLEANED’ status label duly filled and signed affixed on the Blister Packing Machine.
