CLEANING CHECKLIST BLISTER PACKING MACHINE
TYPE –A
- Check that all the remnants of previous product i.e. PVC / Alu. Foil and Rubber stereo etc .are removed from Machine and its area.
- Check that all contact parts are cleaned with sufficient quantity of potable water up to 10 minutes. Finally rinsed with sufficient quantity of purified water up to 1 minute and wiped with non-shredded cloth.
- Check that non-contact parts of the machine cleaned with compressed air and wipe with clean, dry non-shredding cloth.
- Ensure that the ‘CLEANED’ status label duly filled and signed affixed on the Blister Packing Machine.
TYPE –B
- Check that all the remnants of previous product i.e. PVC / Alu. Foil and Rubber stereo etc .are removed from Machine and its area.
- Check that all contact and non-contact part cleaned with compressed air and non-shredding cloth.
- Ensure that the ‘CLEANED’ status label duly filled and signed affixed on the Blister Packing Machine.
