Responsibilities:**
1. **Chemical Synthesis:**
– Execute chemical reactions to synthesize specified quantities of molecules/compounds following client specifications, utilizing efficient routes and techniques.

2. **Reaction Set-Up:**
– Set up and execute reactions for the synthesis of target molecules/compounds.

3. **Safety Enforcement:**
– Ensure workplace safety by enforcing good laboratory practices.

4. **Record Maintenance:**
– Maintain accurate records, uphold data integrity, and adhere to intellectual property specifications.

Compound Purification:**
– Purify compounds and interpret results using analytical techniques such as NMR and LCMS.

6. **Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN):**
– Demonstrate expertise in writing and maintaining an Electronic Lab Notebook.

**Skills Required:**
– Proficiency in executing chemical reactions for synthesis.
– Knowledge and experience in setting up reactions for target molecule synthesis.
– Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment through good laboratory practices.
– Strong record-keeping abilities with a focus on data integrity and intellectual property.
– Expertise in compound purification and interpretation using analytical techniques like NMR and LCMS.
– Skillful in the use of Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) for documentation.
