Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- The investigation, execution, and closure of CAPA, OOS, OOT, Incidence, Deviation, and LER in QC.
- Investigation and review of CAPA/Incidence/LER and interact with respective investigation members in QCand Site QA and inform about investigation status.
- Monitoring and timely closures of CAPA/Incidence/LER.
- Device CAPA for Incidents and other Investigations.
- Knowledge of handling investigations in Track Wise and SAP.
- Competent in compliance with Internal and External Audit observations.
