Zydus -Interview For Production/ QA/ QC/ Engineering on 04th February 2024
Inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for Moraiya Manufacturing Plant, Ahmedabad on 4th February, 2024 from 9 am to 5 pm

1) Production OSD
Officer / Assistant Manager : B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2 – 12 years of experience in tablet / capsule department with experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating and Inspection. Candidates would be responsible for planning manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC, monitoring line clearance, cleaning equipment, instruments and auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) and handling manpower and allocating daily activities.
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma with 3-8 years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting and Visual Inspection. Candidates would also be responsible for performing line clearance, operating and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
2) Production – Non OSD (Transdermal)
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma with 3-8 years of experience in production department. Candidates having exposure to machine operation activities for external preparation which includes cream, ointment, lotion, patches, ODF and MDS will be preferred.
Officer / Executive : B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B. Sc / M. Sc with 2-6 years of experience in production department. Candidates having exposure to shop floor production activities, QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) for External Preparation which includes cream, ointment, lotion, patches, ODF, and MDS will be preferred.
3) Engineering Plant Maintenance
Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager : B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical) with 4-10 years of experience in scheduling, planning and executing preventive maintenance and breakdown related activities of equipment such as FBD, FBP, RMG, coating, compression, capsule, sifter, stirrer, multi-mill, co-mill, collide mill, blister etc., maintaining records for preventive maintenance / breakdown activities. Candidates would be responsible for attending day-to-day machine breakdown jobs and adhering to cGMP practices.
Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Instrumentation : B.E / B. Tech (Instrumentation) with 6-12 years of experience in scheduling and executing preventive maintenance and break down activities of OSD equipment, installation and upgradation, knowledge in process instruments like RTD, thermos couple, pressure transmitters, level transmitters and flow meters, strong knowledge on HMI / SCADA, communication / server network protocols etc., and should be proficient in programming / commissioning / debugging of PLC.
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma with 3 to 10 years of experience in handling preventive maintenance and breakdown of equipment as a fitter, Electrician such as FBD, FBP, RMG, coating, compression, capsule, sifter, stirrer, multi-mill, co-mill, collide mill, packing machine etc & troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical problems, instrument and calibration of OSD plant equipment and knowledge and experience of instruments like sensors, PLC, HMI, SCADA.
HVAC / Chiller / BMS Operator
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : Diploma / ITI with 3-10 years of experience in HVAC / Chiller / BMS operation and Troubleshooting. Candidates would be responsible for HVAC validation air velocity / ACPH / PAO, particle count, smoke study and QMS documents related to HVAC validation.
4) Quality Assurance (IPQA)
Officer / Executive : B. Pharm / M.Sc. / M. Pharm with 1-7 years of experience of IPQA and manufacturing / packing QMS related activities in Oral Solid Dosage Form like Tablets / Capsules / Soft Gelatin Capsules / Pellet Dosage form in a Manufacturing facility.
Officer / Executive : B. Pharm / M.Sc. / M. Pharm with 3-7 years of experience of QA – Validation (In process & Qualification).
5) Quality Control (QC Chemist)
Officer to Sr. Executive : B.Sc. / B. Pharm / M.Sc. with 3-8 years of experience in analytical instruments like HPLC, dissolution apparatus and UV visible spectrometer. Candidates should have exposure to wet analysis, assay, content uniformity, organic impurities for release and stability testing of Oral Solid Dosage form & Aerosol / Nasal. They should also have expertise in dosages like Tablets / Capsules / Soft Gelatin Capsules / Pellet / Aerosol / Nasal Dosage form.
6) Production
Fix Term Employee : 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma who have passed in the years 2019 / 2020 / 2021 / 2022 with 1-4 years of experience from manufacturing industry can attend the interview.
Candidates should carry their original school leaving certificates, mark sheets, Aadhar card and copies of all the documents.
For all the positions mentioned, it is essential for candidates to have exposure in pharmaceutical company and regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP/GLP.
