Operation of Euroclean WD Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner

Objective

  • To lay down a procedure for the operation of Euroclean WD Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner.

Scope

  • This SOP is applicable for the operation of Euroclean WD wet & dry vacuum cleaner used for cleaning purposes in the formulation plant.

Responsibility

  • Production Operator/Technician shall be responsible to follow the procedure mentioned in the SOP.
  • Production and IPQA personnel shall be responsible for the proper implementation of the SOP.

Accountability

  • Head of Production department & QA shall be accountable for the implementation of this SOP.

  • SOP:           Standard Operating Procedure
  • WD:           Model no. of vacuum cleaner
  • QA:           Quality Assurance

Procedure

  • Assembling for Dry Vacuum Cleaner
  • Check the ‘Cleaned’ label and ensure the cleanliness of the area & equipment.
  • Unlock the clamps of the Euroclean WD.
  • Lift the motor assembly and fit the special fine dust filter and special dust filter firmly in place.
  • Fit the unit back in place and lock the clamps.

Operation for Dry Vacuum Cleaner

Connecting The Hose

  • Press the lever on the hose and push the hose into the suction end/blower end (depending on usage) of Euroclean WD Vacuum Cleaner.
  • Ensure that the hose shall be securely locked to the vacuum cleaner body. This shall enable to pull the unit gently, by holding the home while cleaning.

Connecting it to the power supply

  • The cable shall be pulled out from the cord winder outlet of the unit and plug it into the main socket unit.
  • After the use of Euroclean WD, the plug shall be removed from the main socket.
  • Then the cord winder switch shall be pressed which automatically winds back the power cord into the unit.

Switching it on the Euroclean WD

  • The power switch shall be pressed on either high or low position depending on the cleaning area and nature of dust.
  • The motor shall start and the pop-up indication shall rise up from the exhaust or blower port.

Assembling for wet vacuum cleaner

  • Unlock the clamps of the Euroclean WD.
  • The special dust filter and special fine dust filter shall remove.
  • Fit the rubber gasket, the motor assembly shall be put back into the unit and lock the clamps.

Operation for wet vacuum cleaner
